What Is The Dream Team?

The Dream Team is made up of incredible people who use their gifts and passions to help build and grow New Image Church. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading future world changers to Jesus by serving in our Student Ministries, to crafting life-changing experiences with the Events Team.

One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve the local church. God has given each of us unique gifts and skills. There are many opportunities to serve at NIC.

We want you to find the one area that best suits your passion, your skills, and your schedule. Our Dream Team advances the Kingdom of God by transforming lives through excellent service.

Service Opportunities

A Team
This team provides administrative support during church events, conferences, and gatherings.

Assimilation Team
The purpose of the Assimilation Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and partners of New Image Church. This team is equipped to provide the information necessary to help our new partners transition effectively into our church family.

Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team is to create a family feel experience by serving refreshments, meals, and beverages to guest and dream team members.

Hosts Team
The Host Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending New Image Church worship gatherings.

Fireflies Nursery & Ignite Kids
The purpose of this Team is to offer a place where children from birth through fifth grade can discover and develop a passion for God through worship, Bible teachings, small groups and a variety of fun activities. Children are taught God's Word and challenges to grow in their relationship with Him.

Personal Assistant Team
The purpose of the personal assistant ministry is to provide the personal aid and support necessary in serving the pastor, first lady, and guests of New Image Church. The personal assistants minister to and cares for the first family and guests so that they are free to give themselves wholeheartedly to the work of ministry. Personal assistants ensure that minor encumbrances and foxes that spoil the vine (Songs of Songs 2:15) don't distract leadership from their God given assignments.

Parking Team
It is the responsibility of the Parking Team to serve as the front line of New Image Church and make sure that people encounter authentic welcome expressions when they arrive on our grounds. We are excited and filled with joy each time we see a person driving up to worship with our family, and we express that excitement and joy in the way we greet them.

Prayer Team
The purpose of the Prayer Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and partners of New Image Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor(s) by praying for our guests and members at the end of a gathering; and invite them to take the next steps in salvation.

Security Team
The Security Team's purpose is to ensure a secure and safe environment for all congregants in attendance during worship gatherings and special events. The Security Team pays close attention to all aspects of the gathering to prevent the enemy's tactics of interruption from taking place. Security is a team that remains watchful in order to guard the flow of service and make certain that everything is done decently and in order.

Welcome Team
The purpose of the Welcome Team is to invite guests into a barrier-free and warm environment.

Events Team
The purpose of the Events Team is to carry out the vision of the senior leaders through Special Events, Ministry Events, and Outreach by providing an aesthetically awe-inspiring experience.

Culinary Team
This team is a dedicated and passionate group of individuals who come together to create delicious and nourishing meals for various church events and activities. With a shared love for cooking and serving others, this team combines their culinary skills and creativity to provide exceptional dining experiences that foster fellowship and bring people closer together.

Guest Services Team
The Guest Services Team serves guests and visitors by providing them with a stunning first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending New Image Church worship gatherings.

Health & Wellness Team
The Health & Wellness team (formally known as medics) serves to release parishioners from the mentality and culture of unhealthy living. We serve as medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency. Our team helps to medically assist the people of God in ensuring their safety and well-being while attending New Image Church worship gatherings and special events.

Media Team
This team utilizes technology to connect New Image Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!

Online Hosts Team
This team serves as both our Welcome Team and Guest Services Team by welcoming viewers from across the world in the chat, answering questions, sharing helpful links/resources, and connecting with people through our weekly online NIC experiences or online special events.

Social Media Team
This team serves as a digital evangelist to help spread the message through a social strategy to help bring New Image Church to the world through our digital platforms.

Temple Team
This team ensures an exciting experience through the ministry of helps. We embody the heart of Anything, Everything, or Nothing at All. This team facilitates an impressve experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanlisness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.
